A singer-songwriter out of The San Francisco Bay Area. Their Ethiopian ancestry and exposure to old folk, blues, and electronic music are major influences for their work. Their music has been classified as "sad songs". Everyone experiences sorrow in seasons of life, Ezra chooses to embrace those moments in hope that something beautiful grows out of them.

Diaspora is a song written as a call to action. The lyrics came from poetry written by Ezra, written for immigrants and their descendants. It's the second single to be released off Ezra's first solo album "Us Underwater".
